Candles are very practical. The most obvious uses for them are lightening a room, making a room smell better, and for a romantic dinner. But there are more uses for candles. When a draw always sticks and is hard to open and close it will slide easier after a candle is rubbed onto the runners. A wide topped candle is a good pin cushion. The wax on the needles will aid them in going through the material too. An irritating squeaky sound from a door can be stopped with a candle. Once the door is off of its hinges run the candles over the surfaces of the hinges that rub each other and that stop the squeaks.
